- Guarantee lengths cluster at 60 days (19), 90 days (10), 180 days (6), 365 days (2). The 60-day window is the industry default because most of these brands process orders through a payment platform whose own refund policy is 60 days.
- Longer guarantees are a marketing lever, not a sign of a better product: the 22% of brands offering 180 or 365 days span every category and every rating tier in our reviews.
- Single-bottle pricing exists mostly to make the bundle look cheap. Across the 34 products that publish both prices, buying the multi-bottle package cuts the per-bottle price by a median 38%.
- None of the 37 products is sold on Amazon, in pharmacies or in big-box stores; every guarantee applies only to orders placed on the official website.

How to actually claim a supplement refund
- Find the order email. The refund is tied to the order number and the email used at checkout, not to your name.
- Check the clock. The window usually starts on the purchase date, not the delivery date. Note the day it closes.
- Contact the brand's support first, using the email or form on the official site. State the order number and that you are requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee. Keep the reply.
- Return the bottles if asked. Many policies require returning all bottles, including empty ones, to a US address at your cost. Use tracked shipping and keep the receipt.
- Escalate if there is no answer in 5–7 days. If the order was processed by a third-party payment platform, its own customer service can issue the refund directly within its policy window; the platform name appears on your card statement and order email.
- Last resort: a chargeback. Your card issuer can reverse the charge if the guarantee was refused inside the advertised window. Attach the policy screenshot and your support emails.

Guarantee length and prices are recorded when a review is written and re-checked when it is updated; the “Last updated” date on each review shows the most recent check. Products whose official site does not state a guarantee are excluded.
